Towing device

A slim drawbar makes for a tight turning circle and, in turn, an ultra-compact vehicle. With a wide range of different hole patterns available, we can provide all tow hitches.

  • Cushions jolts on poor roads for a smoother ride
  • Designed with rubber silent blocks that have good inherent damping
  • By simply switching over the locking pins, multiple trailer heights can be set (55 to 90 cm with standard tyres)
  • The vehicle is equipped with a bottom hitch coupling, this results in much better handling and improved road safety

Small turning circle

The slim design of the drawbar makes for a very large steering angle and significantly reduces the turning circle. With the optional positive steering, the adjustable collision protection guard can be tailored to the tractor.

Chassis

For our chassis we use only rectangular tubing made of high-grade steel that is sealed all round; no cheap pressed steel or welded constructions. The large-volume rectangular tubing saves weight, is extremely torsion-resistant and has no open joints or cracks, making it easy to clean. Visually too, it makes a good, clean and neat impression.

Running gear 32 t parabolic suspension

Parabolic suspension with 32 t load-bearing capacity. With a widened spring centre to guarantee optimum stability. The spring packages are always fitted on the axles to provide large ground clearance.

Lighting system

High-end 5-chamber rear lights with impact-resistant lens; all lights feature LEDs; secured by a stable light support located in the tailgate. 

Push blade

The core of the push-off trailer is the push blade that is positioned on the synchronised push table. The sleek tunnel in the centre protects the dual-acting hydraulic cylinders from damage and integrated plastic slide rails bolster the sliding mechanism with use of minimal force. The push blade features a lattice design throughout, providing a perfect view of the cargo area. With the standard version, the top 40 cm can be folded down. The power supply via a scissor mechanism is simple and robust. A clean look rounds off the overall appearance.

Sturdy body construction

The folded outer posts ensure extreme body stability and provide a stylish appearance, while the sleek design increases the transport volume thanks to a particularly large cargo area.

High-volume tailgate

The extra volume tailgate for the RamBody increases the vehicle’s total volume by another 2.5 m². It is also fully compatible with all common extensions and load-securing systems in the RamBody series. For anyone that already has a RamBody in their fleet, the high-volume tailgate can be easily retrofitted.

The high-volume tailgate is supplied together with a hydraulically folding underride guard. During unloading, the underride guard is automatically folded so that none of the load is deposited on it.

Easy to adjust - seals

Adjustable seals that secure the push blade on all sides and guarantee a grain-proof construction for the push-off trailer.

Good visibility of the load

Thanks to the lattice design of the push blade, the driver always has a good view of the load.

Underride guard

The modular underride guard can be raised when navigating silo mounds and has been approved in accordance with the current EU Type Approval Regulation 2015/208. The screw-on structure can be replaced quickly and easily if it gets damaged.
