Fast unloading in just 45 seconds – made possible by well-engineered technology and robust components. As standard, the drive is mechanical via the PTO shaft, ensuring all functions interact reliably. The trailer is also optionally available with hydraulic drive. Automatic coordination of components, overload protection and easy maintenance ensure maximum efficiency in every configuration.

The scraper floor drive is standard and operated via the PTO shaft. Power is transmitted via a T-gearbox to the scraper floor chain drives. The protected drivetrain beneath the running gear ensures a constant unloading speed of 17.9 m/min.
The scraper floor drive is optionally available in a hydraulic version. Two unloading speeds are available: 10.9 m/min in stage 1 and 21.8 m/min in stage 2. Manual switching from parallel to series operation is completed within seconds. Hydraulic motors mounted directly on the scraper floor chain drives ensure a compact and efficient power transmission.
Four robust chains are driven by two scraper floor chain drives. The low-maintenance floor chain is protected between the chassis and body and runs quietly on plastic rails. Bolted crossbars in combination with the hot-dip galvanized floor ensure clean and fast unloading.
Each individual scraper floor chain can be manually retensioned as required using the chain tensioners. A gauge indicates whether the tension is correct. The chain drive of the dosing rollers is kept at optimal tension with minimal maintenance thanks to an automatic chain tensioner.
The drawbar is height-adjustable, as is the driveline. Rubber silent blocks reduce vibrations and absorb shocks from the body to the chassis. The hose holder ensures proper hose routing and keeps things tidy. It can be adjusted in length and height with just a few simple steps. A hydraulic support leg combined with a 6/2-way valve (support leg <> rear door) is fitted as standard.
The mesh front wall provides a clear view into the load compartment. The hydraulically operated chopping flap fitted as standard facilitates loading via the tractor. Optionally, an access hatch can be integrated into the front wall.
The RADIUM features a conical body: the rear is 5 cm wider than the front, ensuring optimal discharge regardless of the silage material.
Full-steel profiled panels make the side walls particularly robust. Slender stakes add dynamic accents and support the structural stability.
A pressure gauge on the front wall indicates the pressure when opening the hydraulic tailgate. The side marker lights mounted directly on the tailgate clearly indicate its current position.
On trailers with hydraulic drive, the tailgate and scraper floor are controlled automatically in sequence: first the tailgate opens, then the scraper floor starts automatically. Once a defined system pressure is reached – visible on the pressure gauge – the second speed stage can be engaged.
A hydraulically folding underrun protection is fitted as standard and can be conveniently operated from the tractor cab.
A robust BPW bogie unit is fitted as standard. The popular Krampe air suspension and a hydraulic suspension system are also available.
We offer both a BPW self-steering axle as well as hydraulic or electronic steering axles. These ensure excellent maneuverability in the field and in the silo.
The rear door is equipped with 5-chamber LED tail lights, while additional side marker lights ensure good visibility in road traffic.
Optionally, up to four exterior work lights and one work light in the load compartment can be installed. These can be switched separately via a control box.
An optional double-sided hydraulic cover is available. It opens and closes in approximately 15 seconds and can be conveniently operated from the tractor cab. Reliable operation is ensured even in windy conditions or on uneven terrain.
