Towing device
A slim drawbar makes for a tight turning circle and, in turn, an ultra-compact vehicle. With a wide range of different hole patterns available, we can provide all tow hitches.
- Cushions jolts on poor roads for a smoother ride
- Designed with rubber silent blocks that have good inherent damping
- By simply switching over the locking pins, multiple trailer heights can be set (55 to 90 cm with standard tyres)
- The vehicle is equipped with a bottom hitch coupling, this results in much better handling and improved road safety

Small turning circle
The slim design of the drawbar makes for a very large steering angle and significantly reduces the turning circle. With the optional positive steering, the adjustable collision protection guard can be tailored to the tractor.

Chassis
For our chassis we use only rectangular tubing made of high-grade steel that is sealed all round; no cheap pressed steel or welded constructions. The large-volume rectangular tubing saves weight, is extremely torsion-resistant and has no open joints or cracks, making it easy to clean. Visually too, it makes a good, clean and neat impression.

Running gear Air suspension
The air suspension ensures a smooth ride, even on unpaved roads. Fitted with level control valve + ALB as standard for consistent ride height. Large springs paired with 360 mm air bellows ensure maximum comfort even with a high payload. Automatic lowering of the running gear when tipping out the load ensures a high degree of stability. All components come from the trucking sector and have a robust, durable design .

Axles Passive steering
BPW passive steering axles with automatic slack adjusters, - Axle cross-section 150 x 150 mm for both axles, track width 2.15 m
- Wheel brake 410 x 180 mm, 10-hole
- wheel end with shaft pressure disc for a smooth ride. The steering axle with a standard-fit raised brake cylinder offers superb ground clearance and the brake cylinder is kept out of the dirt area.

Tipping cylinder
Large telescopic cylinder, held with a gimbal ring that absorbs all torsion from the cylinder during tipping

Gimbal ring/Cylinder suspension
The telescopic cylinder is mounted in a gimbal ring. In this way, tension during the tipping process is prevented as the cylinder is extended. The upper ball socket of the telescopic cylinder is not secured with a simple snap ring, but with a very robust screw connection.

Belly strap
The belly strap transfers the forces produced during tipping from the underbody structure to the top frame. The belly strap is welded all-round, preventing an ingress of moisture. The side panels are manufactured from a single piece. Maximum stability is obtained thanks to the multiple folding of the metal sheets. The top frame is made from all-round sealed rectangular tubing 80 x 100 mm and neatly and robustly seals off the body.

Lighting system
High-end 3-chamber rear lights with impact-resistant lens; all lights feature LEDs; secured by a stable light support with “pitched roof” to prevent the accumulation of dirt.

ProBody body
The ProBody sets new standards when it comes to the look and manufacture of modern tippers. The clever side edging of the body ensures maximum stability.
The body is grain-tight and 2 m high. The hydraulic tailgate rounds off the design of the tipper body.

Inclined front wall
The inclined front wall increases the load capacity. It also maintains the manoeuvrability and overall length at the same time.
A large inspection window provides an easy way to see inside the body. The tilt angle of the front wall helps loads to slide off, thus ensuring faster and more reliable unloading.

ProBody body construction
The ProBody is characterised by a new and innovative design of the body beams. The geometry impresses with its stability and durability.
On the chassis, we use only rectangular tubing sealed all round made of high-grade steel without any cheap pressed steel or welded constructions. The large-volume rectangular tubing saves weight, is torsion-resistant, and has no open joints or cracks so is therefore easy to clean. The tubing is welded together so it is waterproof.

Screwed tilting bearing
The robust design of the screwed tilting bearing ensures an extended service life of the body tipper and reduces long-term repair costs.
