The TDK represents the larger vehicle series with correspondingly higher payload capacity and greater load volumes. The body is designed to accommodate both tandem and twin-axle running gear. Compared to the EDK, the TDK offers increased comfort. The body platform is overall larger in dimension, enabling, among other things, the transport of standard-sized pallets.
The tipper is equipped with a top coupling featuring a 40 mm towing eye.
Robust BPW axles with automatic slack adjusters, 80 × 80 mm axle cross-section, 1.70 m track width, 340 × 110 mm wheel brakes, 8-bolt wheel connection and top-mounted brake cylinders.
The equaliser rocker of the running gear on the TDK ensures even weight distribution across both axles and supports stable driving behaviour, even on uneven terrain.
Standard two-speed support winch. A double-acting hydraulic support leg is optionally available. Controlled extension and retraction ensure a secure stand even under load.
The three-way tipper enables a tipping angle of 50° to the rear and 42° to the side, allowing precise and clean unloading. To switch between side and rear tipping, pins are inserted into the tipping hinge. These are designed in such a way that incorrect use is prevented.
The side walls with rolled profiles are an in-house development by Krampe. The folds serve to reinforce the structure while also giving the body a modern design.
With internal dimensions of 2.22 × 4.50 m, the load space offers ample room for efficient loading and transport of materials and goods. The body runs parallel over the entire length.
The impact-resistant three-chamber tail lights are complemented by side marker lights. Clearly visible lighting contributes significantly to safety.
Cranked levers adapt optimally to the available installation space and therefore remain easy to operate. Rubberised grip surfaces ensure a secure hold – even in frost and wet conditions.
The underrun protection is COC-certified. The square tube is positioned in such a way that no dirt can accumulate on it.
The horizontally running stainless steel seal closes the body in a rapeseed-tight manner, is frost-resistant and reliably seals through the pressure of the side wall against the floor plate. The seal is replaceable.
Available as an option: The discharge slide runs in plastic guides. The lever can be mounted on either the left or right side.
