Krampe reinforces sales team with fresh impetus
Change of leadership with vision
Krampe is setting course for the future: Felix Reuver is reinforcing sales management in the company and, together with Helmut Hövelmann, will form a dual leadership team until the end of November. This is a deliberately chosen model to ensure a seamless management transition.
After 28 years at Krampe, Helmut Hövelmann will leave the company at his own request on 30 November 2025 to pursue new challenges outside the vehicle construction industry. His long-standing experience, his in-depth understanding of vehicle sales as well as the close mutual trust with dealers and customers have been decisive for the company. Starting the transition phase at such an early stage will allow this valuable knowledge to be passed on to his successor.
Felix Reuver brings to the table sound sales expertise in the field of agricultural machinery. Having grown up on a farm, the graduate agronomist was in charge, among other things, of business in North America and Switzerland at Krone. He then went on to take up a leading sales position at seed producer KWS. He gained his practical experience on his parents’ farm and on farms in Germany and abroad.
“Due to my background in agriculture and my regional proximity to the Krampe plant, I was always aware of Krampe as a company”, explains Reuver. “After fascinating positions at home and abroad, I’m now looking forward to bringing my experience to Krampe – and thus returning some way to my roots.”
Added strength in the south-west
Krampe is also expanding sales regionally, with Matthias Disch taking over as the new Area Sales Manager for Southwestern Germany. The trained agricultural and construction machinery mechanic started his career at ZG Raiffeisen, before switching to sales after earning his master craftsman’s diploma. He spent eight years there as a sales adviser for agricultural and forestry technology and also completed training to become a certified agricultural technology salesperson in 2012.
In 2017, he moved into the construction machinery technology area. As Area Sales Manager, Disch was responsible at Lehnhoff for looking after dealers and customers in the southwest. He is now moving back into agricultural technology – with one clear objective: “I grew up on a farm – being near to practical applications was always important to me. I’m delighted that I can now get back to being close to agriculture with the Krampe trailers.”
Sales network growing in Scandinavia too
With Emil Rehwin, Krampe has brought on-board an experienced industry expert to support markets in Sweden and Finland. The native Swede lives with his family in Hammenhög and offers comprehensive knowledge from agriculture and technology.
Following a school-leaving certificate with a strong forestry element, he initially gained practical experience as a tractor driver before completing a course to become a Gårdsmästare – the equivalent of a German operations manager. He then spent two years as farm manager of SkaberNäs, one of northern Europe’s largest grain farms at the time with a harvested area of around 3,400 hectares.
Since 2016, he has been working in agricultural technology sales, both on the commercial and manufacturer side, in end-customer and in B2B. He most recently worked at Pöttinger as area manager for southern Sweden. “I’m really delighted to now be part of the Krampe team”, says Rehwin. “Krampe has already gained a good reputation in Sweden and Finland – I’d like to further expand this success together with the team and the Krampe dealers and reinforce our presence in Scandinavia”.
Technical support for France
Krampe is reinforcing service as well as sales. In France, Olivier Koenig as After Sales Technician is taking over technical support for customers and dealers. The trained metalworker and agricultural machine mechanic started his career at John Deere Agritech before later joining the former Krampe importer MRA as technical director. There he accompanied, among other things, the introduction of the Krampe vehicles in the French market.
After positions in the construction machinery sector – as workshop manager at TP Rott and in sales at Ziegler GmbH – Koenig is now returning to his roots. Since April he has been supporting customers directly on site, providing assistance with commissioning and is on hand to provide technical expertise. “I really enjoy the work and the team is fantastic. I’ve witnessed developments at Krampe in France over the past 15 years– and am now delighted to be part of it myself”, says Koenig.
