BigBody 900 - The new generation of a classic
In 2003, Krampe presented the first trailers from the BigBody range at Agritechnica in Hanover. At this year's trade fair, Krampe is presenting the new BigBody 900 – a modern, innovative further development based on the proven BigBody concept.
With a technical payload of 28 t and a transport volume of up to 51.16 m³, the new BigBody 900 remains the second largest Tridem Body tipper in the Krampe range. At the same time, it features numerous technical innovations that make it even more efficient, safer and more comfortable to use.
Innovative design
The new body shape allows a design with only one body belt. The sloping front increases the transport volume and ensures faster, cleaner unloading. A large viewing window allows a clear view into the body at any time.
The high-frequency welded top frame reduces dirt deposits and, thanks to its innovative groove block system, offers flexible options for retrofitting attachments – without any welding.
Technology that sets standards
Optionally available are a drawbar sensorless electronic forced steering system with up to three steered axles and various steering modes – including crab steering – as well as a modern ISOBUS control system. An EBS system with tyre pressure monitoring (OptiTire) and an integrated weighing device that provides precise data on weight, speed and distance travelled via an app are also available. Additional safety features such as a tipping warning and sensor-controlled oil shut-off increase operational safety, while separate oil circuits ensure efficient hydraulic functions.

With the new BigBody 900, Krampe is introducing a new generation of a classic – robust, powerful and future-oriented. The first units will be released as a limited pre-series edition, while the current BigBody 900 will remain in regular production.
