Agritechnica 2013 A prosperous exhibition for Krampe
During the world´s leading international exhibition for agricultural machinery and equipment Krampe presented itself on a 450 m² big booth with eight vehicles. The Agritechnica 2013 was a total success for Krampe due to a record-breaking number of visitors with positive mood and willingness to invest.
“We noticed a remarkable increase of international guests, excited about our vehicles and transport concepts. This fact confirms our intention to expand the export business” says Frank Meibes, Export Manager.
The new SB30/60 off-road semi-trailer with Bandit conveyor belt system with a Mercedes Actros 1846 4x4 Agricultural Tractor conversion was a big attraction during the fair. “The structural transformation in the agricultural sector and the rethinking of transport solutions make the vehicle concept attractive for contractors and industrial companies”, states Helmut Hövelmann, Head of Sales.
The combination enables an all-year-round deployment in agriculture and forestry, combined with use in construction, industrial or municipal fields of application – off-road and on the highway.
The visitors were also interested in the other Krampe highlights:
- New air suspension including low centre of gravity and excellent driving comfort
- New developments in respect of semi-trailer and transport bogie Dolly with a GVW of 34 t
- Simplified hydraulic wheel drive at the sand and gravel tipper Halfpipe HP 20 with industrial registration (acc. to German law) for 60 km/h
- Various new and functional detailed solutions regarding light and load restraints
The Agritechnica, a motor for innovations and generator for ideas within the global agriculture, is a successful annual closure and a promising prospect concerning the new year.
